Two services for owners who are buying property, or dealing with paperwork they can't do from abroad.
Government fees are paid at cost, with receipts. Legal advice and court work are handled by a licensed lawyer.
How it works

Why we started
Too many families abroad send money home for years to build a house, then find the rent unpaid, the repairs ignored, or, worst of all, someone else living in it. Usually the only option is a relative who is busy or an agent who disappears after the first tenant.
Margalla Property Management was started to be the people on the ground you can actually rely on: someone who visits, documents everything and answers to you every month. While we grow, our founder handles every client personally.

No. We do the call by video and the power of attorney is attested at the Pakistani embassy or consulate where you live.
No. Our authority covers renting and maintenance only. Selling or transferring stays entirely with you.
We send it to your Pakistani bank account each month with a statement showing rent received and any expenses, with receipts.
We alert you the same day, document the situation, file complaints through the official channels for overseas Pakistanis, and connect you with a property lawyer. Legal fees are paid by the owner.

Yes. With your permission we can send the monthly reports to family members too.
